how do I handle stress?

I get stressed really easily. and I get tons of knots in my back.

You could get one of them stress balls or you could breathe deeply,that sees to work. =)

I get stress out really easily…what I do is get in a long hot bath or shower…its so relaxing. … or when im about to go to sleep I try to forget about all my problems and just listen to my favorite music…it helps try it

Stress is hard to get rid of. I’m sure you have someone or something in your life which is causing the stress, the best thing you can do is quickly get rid of it!

Stress can be healthy or unhealthy. It seems that you are experiencing an unhealthy amount of stress. I’m going to assume that you stress out over most things in your life whether you can control it or not.

To elminate some of your stress here is a tip: Do not stress out over things that are not within your control. Seems simple eh? That should release a little bit of stress.

Let me tell you about some things that DON”T stress me out. I don’t stress over the rain because I can not control when it rains. I don’t stress over the wind because I can not control the wind. I don’t stress over the snow because I can not control the snow. I don’t stress over how people view me, I can not control how they view me; it is there choice on how they want to view me.

Another way to control stress is to understand why you stress out so easily. Are you fearful? Do you have shame? Do you feel guilty when you’ve done nothing wrong? Are you embarrased for no reason? Are you always on guard? Are you not being your “true” self?
