How can I tone my muscles in 4 months?

I want to tone my all muscles in 4 months before tennis tryouts. I want to try and drop as much fat and water as I can. In order to help you out I’ll give you want I know about myself that relates to this subject. I am 5’4’, asian, and 112 pounds. According to my body fat calculator I have approximetly 7.9% body fat (8.9 pounds) going by weight and height and 7.7% (8.6 pounds) of body going by waist size and weight. Taking the average of the two is about 7.8% (8.75 pounds). My eatting habits aren’t the greatest but I have a fast motabolism.

Here are some tips:

  1. Above all, getting “toned” is impossible without paying attention to nutrition. Stick to nutrient dense foods!
  2. Resistance training. Look at all the Hollywood actresses that have hired personal trainers to push them through rigorous weight training sessions to acquire the butt and abs that produce that knockout physique.
