How can I tone my muscles in 4 months?

I want to tone my all muscles in 4 months before tennis tryouts. I want to try and drop as much fat and water as I can. In order to help you out I'll give you want I know about myself that relates to this subject. I am 5'4', asian, and 112 pounds. According to my body fat calculator I have approximetly 7.9% body fat (8.9 pounds) going by weight and height and 7.7% (8.6 pounds) of body going by waist size and weight. Taking the average of the two is about 7.8% (8.75 pounds). My eatting habits aren't the greatest but I have a fast motabolism.
