How can I make unwanted memories go away?
it depends on what kind of problems or memories they are if there memories that are still affecting you like something bad happened, or if theres still something that can be done about it, then you can make then almost go away by adressing them. or if there memories that cant be fixed try not to dwell on them everyone makes mistakes, everyone is going to expirience bad things as well as good keep yourself busy and occupied with other things, like things that you love start making some better memories
dont dwell on them so much...in wondering how to get rid of them, you are focusing on them...just live day to day and create good memories that you want to remember, you may not forget the ones you want to all together, but soon the old ones will not seem as important or vital in your life.
The more you try to avoid it, the more it will come up and bother you... Deal with it, and then move on... If it is something that is interfering with your life you might want to talk to someone about it.
if its so called unwanted memories , those are the special ones that stay with you forever. its hard to take them out your mind as much as you wish you could.
Try to saw active so that you have less time for your mind to wander.
