besides, eggs, bananas, apples, carrots, melon,watermelon, salad..my sister shes n this pageant, and they told her she need to grow 2 more inches, its stupid but o well?? any advice?
All fruits and vegetables are healthy, just go to your local grocery/food goods store and they should have some healthy fruits and vegetables like dor example: apples, oranges, asparagus, and cucumber. Both organic and non-organic fruits and veggies are healthy, I'd just recomend organic above non-organic.
My sisters 5'2 just as I am and she has eaten healthy her whole life Only organic foods and has been a vegetarian who actually got all the proteine and such needed. Height is genetic i's not judged by what you eat.
I dont think she will grow two inches tall by eating, people grow at their own pace. All vegetables are healthy and each do good for you, so I think you can eat any vegetables and fruits.
It doesnt matter what she eats - it isnt going to make her grow for the pageant. Your body grows at its own rate and she isnt going to grow 2 inches magically before then.
i heard healthy veggies help u grow tall, i am 5'11 i used to mostly all healthy food and shes 5 ft this pageant is for 5'2 and she hates heels..all she wears is flats
the pageant starts on june, she signed up for it ..just worried if she doesn't grow 2 inchs in 6 0r 5 months..shes been eating alot of fruits lately..
my teachers son is 6feet and about 5 inches? and he doesn't eat vegetables at all. Tall is a gene.
then i guess her doctor is the only who determines her height
Tere is greenbeans;peas; cabbage.
apples, strawberries, peaches,
Oranges ,apples,greenbeans
Spinach brocolli
