is there any that helps in weight loss ?
Edamame -- young soybeans picked and cooked in the pod, steam them and add salt. It's a delicious snack - one of nature's most perfect foods. You can buy them frozen, or eat them as a side dish in a Japanese restaurant.
There all healthy for you, I don't think there are ones that's more healthy bc there all good for your body, but some jus give you different vitamins that you need
