Does Anybody know of a good facial wash to get rid of spots fast ? ( that i can get in England ) ?

It depends on what you mean by spots? Are you talking about scars from acne - if so you need something stronger than a face wash, proactive works great, or you can use maderma scar lotion it actually works. If your just talking about spots of acne, clearasil has always worked great for me without drying out my skin.

go to the body shop and get summet with tea tree oil and witch hazel in it

DON’T use Proactive. It’ll just dry your skin out. My friend uses this Clean & Clear face wash. I think it was called Morning Burst or something like that. It works for her and I tried it myself before and it worked good from what I saw so I recommend that.

If its ordinary spots. The best thing I ever used, was hot water –> wash face with flannel –> cold water –> dry face off.

No soap was harmed in the making of clear skin :)
