Leafy greens and berries in addition to omega 3 or fatty fish and most recently....Coffee, have been known to help improve memory. However there is a BUT. Another aspect that can affect memory capability and that is toxic residue or enviornmental toxins and food allergies can all play a part in affecting memory.
Like anything else if your on medications it's best to talk to a doctor/pharmacy before taking it. It is a stimulant but personally I think coffee can do the same.
I starting taking fish oil capsules, to improve my memory, some time ago. ..... . ..... Can't remember exactly how long I've been taking them.
I heard about some supplement called Ginko Biloba but I don't know how good or bad it is.
Fish because fish oil is really good for your memory.
