Leafy greens and berries in addition to omega 3 or fatty fish and most recently….Coffee, have been known to help improve memory. However there is a BUT. Another aspect that can affect memory capability and that is toxic residue or enviornmental toxins and food allergies can all play a part in affecting memory.

Like anything else if your on medications it’s best to talk to a doctor/pharmacy before taking it. It is a stimulant but personally I think coffee can do the same.
