How can you get somebody to try new foods?

my friend only likes fries..fried chicken.. and mac and cheese. HELP ME! im trying to help her like more things but she REFUSES to eat anything that looks gross.. which is everything except those 3 things listed above

Blindfold them and tell them to trust u, just don’t give them anything nasty

I don’t get it how a salad looks gross, or some rice and stuff? I guess you can try and give her the other foods, with the foods she likes. You can give her some chicken with some salad, some mac&cheese with some kind of sandwhich and some fries with some fried fish or something? I’m sure she likes other things, I would get perty sick of eathing fries, chicken, and mac and cheese. You can try to make a bet with her, a big one, like with money, or her asking someone out if she does not try something new by the end of the week or something?

Well don’t take this the wrong way but some people don’t like to eat, like me, I’m anorexic so I don’t like to eat, but I don’t mind to try new things either

No, seriously, try out new items in a popular presentation- like on a pizza…

Different veggies, lean sliced meats, mild cheeses, etc.

she HATES pizza. like HATEHATEHATEHATEHATES it. ( idk what her problem is) she apparently says shes tried every fruit and veggie in the world and hates them all.. and she hates all meats.. but cheeses and stuff idk ..

I have the same problem, only with my two sons. I have absolutely tried everything. You could have her watch “supersize me” that movie is terrifying. It shows how bad McDonalds could be for you if ate it every day. There’s also a series called ‘eat this not that” that shows you healthier alternitives for food.
