How does one get over the fear of frogs?

Amphibians or French people ?

Just joking. The best way to get over just about any fear, is to confront that fear… and just do what you are scared of doing, or touch what you are scared of. Afterward, it shouldn’t seem so bad, and you will not fear it anymore.

ahh or touch it?? i heard there’s some that are slimy and feel like rubber..

A fear of frogs? Try looking at pictures of them on the internet. After that, I would watch some youtube videos of frogs. Once you can handle those almost comfortably, I would spend some time outside, or maybe have someone catch one or two in a jar and just look at them for a while until your anxiety goes away. I’m sure you get the idea. When you see one, stop and think, “It can’t bite me. It can’t hurt me. It’s more afraid of me than I am of it” & take a deep breath. Also, try laughing or naming it. Humor can fix anything :D

Look at them, like find pictures and stuff, and really explore them, you can try reading about them so you can find out they are not that bad of animals at all. Then when you really think you got it, take the next step and holf one, like go to a pet store, or somewhere where you know they have them, and touch one and put it in your hands and stuff, but only when you think your ready. Other than that, if you just can’t stand them, then it’s fine, it’s not like you need a frog in your life someday and they are not that cute anyway.

ahh but they do….or at least the one that I dissected as a freshman in high school….they are worse dead than alive…

Just hold one if it pissis on you throw it if itdoesnt play with it have fun go wild do waterer u want and they can’t hurt you so don’t be afraid…
