Eyeliner never turns out fully right...

I love eyeliner, and I use it. I do it right and it does make my eyes look better, but how do other people in the pictures that I see get is so perfect and beautiful? Does it depend on the eye? It’s like they know how to do it perfectly, and exactly where to line their eyes. I thought I knew, but maybe not. Is there something I’m doing wrong, because I sometimes look goofy with it -_-

Also…even girls and women that I see just anywhere (mall, supermarket, restaraunt) always have it great and it looks gorgeous on them. And I always wonder “Is it just me? Is it my eyes, or face shape?”

they don’t do their makeup themselves. people who have gone to college do it for them, I dont know many people that can get it just perfect like the ladies in pictures

do you extend the eyeliner 2 get the arabic look, it changes the shape of your eye & is more appealing dan the normal application.
