What kind of diet? 4 oz of skinless chicken breast has 171 calories 33 g protein and 3.5 g of fat while 4 oz of skinless turkey breast 153 calories 34 g of protein and 1 g of fat. They are pretty close. If you are on a diet to gain weight chicken is a little better; if you are on a diet to loose weight turkey is a little better.
I could be wrong, but I think white turkey is best as far as not gaining weight goes :)
