Cigar Smoke

Do you inhale cigar smoke?

Answer #1

Actually Ally, cigars and pipes are most often puffed, not inhaled. When I smoked, I smoked and inhaled cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and even roll-your-own cigarettes (not the funny kind, they’re the kind you inhale, but don’t exhale ;) And I used to get incredulous looks when I did inhale, so I would guess that most do not inhale. (And, yes, I did stop smoking after 23 years.)

Certainly by not inhaling you get less of the harmful effects of smoking. Take care and Good Luck!!

Answer #2

NO NO NO

Most cigar smoke is WAY too potent to inhale, and it will make most people nauseous if they do. The chemicals in cigar and pipe smoke are so concentrated, it is absorbed by your tongue, gums, and the moist tissues inside your mouth.
