When it become tumor.

Answer #4

It actually depends on where the cyst is. For example, a pancreatic cyst has about a 40% chance of being cancerous from the start and a high probability that it will become cancerous later on. Certain other cysts, if not already cancerous, are highly unlikely to become cancerous.

If the cyst is somewhere on your body that you can see it, check it daily for growth or changes to the general shape of it. It wouldn’t hurt to let your doctor look it over at least once a year, even if there’s no change.
