Are Apple laptops and desktops compatible with all windows software and other software on the net?
No - a very long way away from it.
No. Apple only uses apple trusted software and hardware. In other words they are probably making the hardware and software or making a profit on it. Just get a PC and a good PC friend and the world is the limit.
yes for the most part. unlike the other 2 answers apple laptops can run window’s based programs. even if it can’t be run on Mac OS, you can run the program Boot Camp on all Macs now, and run Windows on a Mac. and have window’s programs on your mac and you could run both Mac OS and Windows at the same time. i have a MacBook Pro myself.
