Do you have self-esteem problems?

This isnt a question.. its more of help and my personal advice to help you all out!

When you look at yourself in the mirror what is it about yourself that you hate. if you hate how u look why even bother looking at yourself Girls guys old young everybody has flaws.

heres a good resolution that worked for me. 1.grab a peice of paper and pen

  1. sit infront of a mirror and write down what you DO like
  2. list what you DONT like
  3. beside everything you DO NOT like… write something how u can change it.
  4. Get up and do it. give it all you’ve got.
  5. Learn to love things you cannot change.

i have one bigger breast, and one larger lip… down south that is a bigger foot a bigger eye bad vision, stds. I use to get made fun of, but you know what? tell me what those people have that make fun of you?? No heart, no soul, and they are truly people who are just like you hating themselves and putting others down to make themselves feel better. There is not one person in this world who does not stand in front of the mirror and thing. I wish i had a nicer smile, or a nicer body or a boyfriend. You see others and you think “ wow she is pretty” but she wakes up and thinks “i hate how my hair looks or how big my thy’s are. what makes her seem perfect is because people keep stuff to themselves. and when you act like you are pretty and are confident. Others will too see you as beautiful. they are too amazed at how happy the person is, Nobody pays attention to another person and criticizes them as much as we criticize ourselves if we cared for eachother and not ourselves nobody would feel this way but no matter what we all do it wont change. I know you are all probably thinking who is she to say. It hurts me to see girls post saying “ i hate my life” “im ugly” no you are not. you are beautiful if u feel beautiful and you are nice to everyone.you make your life how you want it to be. stop and forget what others say about you. go out there and make yourself open to the world, If you welcome others with loving arms you will be loved. think before you speak or judge.

I agree with what you say, for the most part.. However.. To say that those people have not Heart & NO Soul.. Is just about as bad, as what you portray to present.

Listen, those people are not heartless.. They a Heart broke.. Those people do have a soul, otherwise they would be DEAD.. Their soul’s have scars and that makes me very sad, because I feel sorry for them. But That doesn’t mean they are doomed, people can change. Just as you said “Think before you speak or judge” as preach you’re own words, realize this. You you’re self, I as well in my life, most everyone I can think of, do or has at one point in the life, dealt with low self esteem. Now you’ve made many good points, but remember.. Those who cast stones.. do not live in glass houses, those who cast stones.. Live as we all do.. With our selves & others. Those who make fun, are hurting inside them selves, but in the wrong way, use negativity in an attempt at building their selves up.. but the foundations are sand! Because it makes them feel worse, the guilt and the pain they try to hide, despite if hidden well to the common eyes, are deeply rooted within them, and they feel it too.. So, all I am saying is.. Before you try saying those who extrude the negative, and do so harming, they are wrong to do so, and yes that is bad, but it doesn’t mean they are evil or truly bad, because at the point of which you bury it so deep, and the esteem is minus 32 Degrees.. You’re heart grows cold & it breaks.. but is still there.. Only they can lift them selves from that point, further progression may breed evil but not doom. Because hope though non-evident.. Still within the thickness of pain, is some were locked away!

We are all beautiful, we are all good, some times we flow off, and run the wrong path.. The evil is in the nature of the person, both Good & Evil are within.. It is a balance as you well know, and this balance is Positive & Neg: The point of no return, is when those whom decide, that they prefer a life of evilness. But even the most evil still have a heart.. But it is not for the good.. But it is still there, there soul is not gone, but it is scorn.. Just remember that okay.. :-)
