again with my pimple problems!HELP!

I forgot to mention in my previous question but..a lot of people have adviced me to see a dermatologist..but the thing is im not very rich and I dont think I can afford going to a dermatologist..I have searched thru the internet to see how much each appointment would cost..and it cost RM80(I live in malaysia) I have quite a big skin problem! what should I do :(??? my skin has gotten worse lately ..I dun know why…any advice on what I should do?? im really desperate to clear my face up..its been 4 years since I saw my clear face…4 years :’(…and I get really depressed and my self esteem gets even lower when people ask me stuff like..”why do you have so many pimples?”..or..”ouh you got a lot of pimples”..or if I happen to be staring blankly at a friend or stranger in school they’ll say something like “what you looking at pimple face” I get so self consious..even when talking to friends..all I see their eyes looking at is my horrible cheeks! :(

aww thats sad . I hate people like that . proactive ? or you can put lemon juice all over your face . that worked with me .
