take deep breaths count to ten adn then scream lol...no um well I worked on my issues by talkin them out...I use to think I could do it by myself but when I moved in with my cousin who has a degree in phycology she made me talk and told me that the only way to solve probs is to talk about them...im all ears if you want...
I used to have anger problems but got over them by realising I had a problem and before you explode or get to angry think about anything before you say it take a deep breath count to ten and go to a different room than the person you are mad at
Take deep breaths
Find something fun to do. Such as typing on funadvice =P
Find a quiet place to meditate and calm down
