Anger Management

I get really angry at the smallest thing. at school a few of pple stay away from me because I have been known to start a few fights. when I get angry I cannot control myself. one second im fine next I have someone pinned on the floor. I need sum help.

Just try to relax. and say a lot of #@%#$% words in you head! I you still can’t calm down. seek help!

Dear metal_head25987, Yes, you do need some help. You should go seek out the school counsellor and speak with them. They can help and set you up with a counsellor outside the school to help. You need to find out what is making you so angry and only a professional will be able to help you here. Sue…good luck
