hello! I was wondering what wud be the best way to lose bout 10 lbs in 2 weeks, I have a semi formal dance in 2 weeks and I wud just like to look a little better, I know I got to work out but my regular workout plan takes a lot of time out of my day and volleyball season is over =[ and I cudnt play off season this year so I need to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks and I refuse to starve myself so help please?
