Okay so I need to lose like 10 pounds in two weeks.
I'm really active so I am not a lazy person who just sits on my butt all day.
I play volleyball basketball softball and I'm a cheerleader.
I just have some important things coming up and I need to lose...
about ten pounds wth some kind of diet. I cant really just completely stop eating because I'm in volleyball and it's like non stop running so I have to have something to go on.
I'm an athlete so I don't really want to do it an unhealthy way and mess up my body.
