Mix some leg lifts into your workout. Leg lifts will target the lower abs more. Plus, if it's just general body fat, you may have to watch what you eat for a while to force your body to burn it off. Sometimes working out the area that has fat doesn't always work.

Alright
I have a little bit of fat on my lower abs, and its really irratating
I do crunches and stuff, and it works for the top half, but the lower abs just keep the fat
I have a 4 pack -_-
Haha
Anyone got any excercises that will work for me?
