Yes, it's actually completely normal! Even if you don't think you pushed yourself to the limits, you may have pushed farther than you think. When muscles are worked out, they stretch and rip a little bit. (don't let me scare you!) That is why you get sore! The muscles rebuild themselves, only bigger and stronger this time! It's absolutely normal and it just means your getting a good workout

It is a good sign, don't over do it though, and make sure you take the next day off, at least with your abs, maybe do your hips and thighs instead. When we work our muscles, we are tearing them down, and so when our muscles heal, and rebuild is when they grow and get stronger. It is very important to let them heal, never work same muscles 2 days in a row! Good luck, and keep up the good work!

Is stomach pain normal after doing ab workouts?
is it normally for your stomach to have pains in after youve done ab workouts and stretchs ?
my stomach kills now
and I didnt push myself to hard or anything ?
but does this mean the excercises are working on my stomach or no ?
