it depends on your height so I can tell you your calorie intake to lose weight
but for your stomach, you can do crunches and leg lifts
it helped me a lot and it only takes 3 months to get the six pack and a month to see results
you can also try running. it works
just dont eat no greasy or junk foods ok
and for your legs you can do squats and lunges

Hi, I'm 16 ;] I'm not fat but I really do want to tone up a tad
I have about 3 or 4 inch's of basically just fat around my waist, which I would love to lose! Problem is I want to tone up at the same time, so I don't just look skin and bone. So my...
question is, how do I lose weight whilst gaining muscle, mainly from my stomach? Also, how many grams of fat and protein should I eat a day, and how many calories am I supposed to eat a day to do this? Baring in mind that I'm small, standing at just 5 foot 1 :\
