There are three major muscle groups in the abdominal area: the upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. Make sure you do crunches or situps, leg lifts or similar to work the lower abs, and twisting sit ups or twising leg lifts to work the obliques. Make sure you also do some work to strengthen your lower back, as that will help to firm & define your core, or mid section.
The problem is, the stomach area is one of those that you need discipline to work for 15-30 min daily, and you also need to watch your diet to get truly slim. Don't overeat during a meal, as that will distend your stomach, and don't eat too late at night, as that will distend your stomach as it stays full while your most inactive. Good luck.

Im one of those people that store fat in my stomach. Its not so big but I want it toned like all other parts of my body. My arms and legs are thin and lean. But my stomach ruins it all. Thats were my fat is stored and cellulites are starting to show. Can someone please tell me how I can get it lean and beautiful???? I want to look good in a bikini becaue my best friends I hang out with have amazing bodies and theor abs are beautiful.
