no they have to be six WELL BALANCED meals. like 1 meal could be fruit, the next could be salad, the next one could be a little chicken for protein, the next could be wheat toast and a plate of celery...etc etcetc. you have to get all the food groups in there so it's actually a HEALTHY diet. you can't just live off fruits. fruits don't have much protein, and protein=energy. energy=burning fat.

that works, but you need more of a variety other than fruit. you need other kinds of foods like nuts, and fish, and chicken, and all that. you body needs that stuff too! Fruit is good to have for snacks.

ok so what some people have said in oder to eat healthy you need to eat like 6 meals a day so would like eating 6 pieces of fruit count?
