Do you eat the same thing everyday..or mostly every day??
I find myself eating a bagel in the morning everyday...and sandwhich for lunch :/

a bagel and a sandwitch are hardly a filling meal
perhaps try to add a few more things to your eating plan
as for me, no
I eat what I feel like when I feel like it
somtimes ill have cereal and bacon for dinner and chicken for breakfast

I do get sick of it but you can try different stuff:

rice
noodles
sushi
onigiri(rice balls)
pasta
fish salad
cous cous
soup (you can bring urs in a flask)
pasties
tortilla wraps
