I'd suggest a two fold approach: step one, stop eating so much chocolate, else surely it will have an impact on your health (complection, weight gain, etc).
And then step to to trying to keep your weight down is obviously trying to do some exercise...else, you'll have issues as well. Did you know if someone goes into a herion overdose hospitals have a needle they give them that saves their life, it does that by blocking the receptors in your brain that have to do with drugs like heroin. Infact they gave someone that loved chocolate that same needle and he suddenly lost all interest in it. Pretty trippy huh.
That means that chocolate stimulates the same part of the brain that heroin does.
I know EXACTLY what you are going through, chocolates seems to have some sort of drug in them that the more you eat the more you want, iam very badly struggling to control my chocolate intake so now i have decided that i would have a day by i enjoy chocolates (1 - 2 bars) and rest of the week i wont look at them. what do you think of my idea????:P

In high School I worked in a Chocolate Factory and now in college I can't seem to stop eating chocolate.. like 1-2 candybars... and lots of chocolate milk a day...this has become an issue on my health...I try to diet but it seems I can't live without my...
