Cramps help!!

I have real bad cramps right now can you tell me whats good for the cramps ... Like what pills should be good for the cramps and any food as well!!! Thanks you it hurts soo dang bad!!!=[

well different pain medications work differently on different people so try a variety of different pain medications and find out which one works best for you (ex tylenol doenst help me at all but ibeprofan works wonders)

and excersize can relieve cramps as well as hot compress
so you can try putting a heating pad on your stomach or a washcloth that has been put in warm water

I Would say that advil liquid gel tabs work.
also if they are like menstral cramps I would use pamprin.
it works the best

When I would get real bad cramps, mainly stomach cramps I would take 2 Tylenol extra strength rapid release gels, they do wonders for me.
