Cross your arms across your chest, and have someone strong squeeze you from behind. If there isn't anyone strong around, but you have access to a bench (like a picnic table for example), lay down on it on your back, and try to position your shoulder blades so that they sort of wrap down the sides of the bench. Then, put your hands behind your head under the bench and pull slightly. This should crack damn near every vertebrate.
