You can also take protein supplements that you can buy at any nutrition or fitness store. There are also powders you can put in water and smoothie mixes you can make.

Whats a good choice in protein?
K so besides meat, beans, and nuts, what is a good choice in protein?
Cause most of that stuff has a lot of fat. And im watching my weight so yeah lol.
