Whats a good way to treat a big bruise?

a little girl smashed her knee into my shin, and gave me a really big bump, after a while it flattened out...a couple of days later, it started to hurt all of a sudden, and when I looked at my bruise, there was a big bump...whats a good and fast way to...

treat, so that it will heal quickly(it hurts to walk)

Go see a doctor if it's that big, because there may be some damage underneath that bruise or bump. Maybe it's eternal bleeding, go to your doctor, it may be the best thing to do.

Ice it, and keep your leg elevated...

They actually just made some sort of new medication that diminishes the color of bruises.

But I wouldn't trust something like that. Just let it be. Put makeup over it if need be.

I've gotten an injury on my knee when I made a back flip form a half pipe to half pipe and skater crashed into my knee got a bruse and 1 day later I just kept felling that pain I went to the doctor and he told me I riped the mussel at the side of the knee I was using walking sticks if I needed to walk and also used this cream that I am still using its called ASSAN emgel its for mussels and joints after a week I felt good I could walk and everything I could still do tricks with no problem but you should go and see the doctor if it hurts a lot mmm... and if it still hurts a bit after the doctor says if it still hurt you should tell him a little
