Yoga starts with some concentrating technique for few minutes, then you may start with doing some exercise with breathing,eg,breathing in,hold the breath, then roll the neck and release the breathe. Then you can do do some breathing exercises,eg.closing your one nostril, breathing in(inhaling) through other nostril, then closing the other nostril and exhaling, now the one you just have exhaled, breathe in again with the same nostril and exhale throught the other. Then you can do any kind of exercise starting from an easier one,for more information of yoga exercise and their proper steps you can buy a yoga book for it also.Just remember to enjoy your time while doing yoga.

I would suggest buying a yoga instructional DVD. It teaches you how to do yoga, just like in a professional yoga class, but from your own TV. As you watch it, you follow along with what they are doing, and they explain what each exercise does. =]
