yeah what are the best exercises for me

I need to slim down my tummy and thighs the rest oof me is skinny I also need to fix my arms cause they are to week what are the best exersises for these areas no diet pills or diets

For your thighs: Leg 8’s, lunges, and side linges. Tummy: I’ve done everything possible in the book… and to tell you the truth… I have no clue which one is doing the work. :P

Without a good diet you WONT lose any weight OR GET TONED . Because the muscle you build will stay under the layer of fat.
