I get depressed a lot. It hurts really bad. My family and friends don’t understand. How can I see if I have depression without going to the doctors and taking any tests?

You cant self diagnose… Try the site amblessed posted, but without seeing a doctor you cant know what is causing it, it may be a medical problem that mimics the symptoms of depression (like an underactive thyroid). Either way, you need to go to the doctor to get help…
