Why doesn't anyone pay attention to me?

Is something wrong with me and nobody notices me? Last year I had lost a looot of weight, side effests from a medication the doctor gave me, and got really depressed, moody, had a negative character,etc. so nobody wanted to look or talk to me. It’s been a while now that the doctor changed my dedication because I’m in a different country and I’m more myself. I put on some weight but still thin, I’m really smily and hopefully I’m pretty, etc. But why doesn’t anyone notice me? No guy looks at me or just wants to talk to me in class, and neither do the girls. Why??? Anybody have any words 2 cheer me up please
