Why do my questions get locked?

From the Terms of service:

Some types of questions are not permitted: Anything related to suicide will be deleted. Anything related to hurtful behavior may be deleted, in our sole discretion, if the person who signs up seems to persist in trying to harm themselves.

Anything related to self-harm gets locked, such as eating disorders. Only 3 out of your 21 questions are locked, and they all have to do with furthering or encouraging an eating disorder.

If you find yourself in a position where you’re thinking about becoming anorexic or bulimic, remember that there are other safer (mentally and physically) approaches to handling your weight. Eating disorders can lead to permanent health problems and even death.

Eating disorders are not diets, they are mental illnesses that no one should want or try to get. They are serious ways of people coping with trauma and should not be played around with.
