Ok so right now I'm about 113 lbs. Every time I eat my stomach gets all bloated. I've tried not eating but then I just find myself eating even more and I hate feeling heavy every time I eat. I don't know what should I do because I don't want to be anorexic or anything I just don't want to see my stomach sticking out when I put a shirt on. Ughh...lol
eat what you want and run like a maniac running from hungry dinosaurs and don't stop until you drop from exhaustion. Run hard. Do this everyday for a long time and don't forget to do it. You won't be fat after this regimen. Leave the comfort zone or be fat your choice. Oh and don't be too critical of yourself, that's bad for the mind. :D Peace!
Your not fat, you just seem to have self-esteam issues. Your always going to feel heavier once you've eaten. Everyone eats it doesn't mean your fat.
You could try eating healthy...raw nuts, veggies, and fruit. that could help somewhat.
