Why are most girls sensative about their periods?

This girl was having her period and she needed a pad so I passed a note to a friend and then this dude stole the note and read it The girl was so embarrassed So basically I got p.od and I just plain out asked the dude if he happened to have a pad or a tampon and he told me to shove it (now thats just plain out rude) Lol So anyways I have been having mine on a schedule for almost 5 years straight and I cant figure out why every girl is so sensative about it

lol, I aint sensitive about it. its normal. and its there a quarter of your lives.

honestly. everyone nos when am on. al just randomely be in science and al be like.. anyone got a tampax?

Because it’s new, uncomfortable and boys are immature… They grow out of it (the being sensitive part I mean)

Its because a lot of guyz tease girls about it there for we keep it to oursevles …its also a personal thing…I have no problem with peopel knowing I’m havin a friend come and visit…but a lot of girls are…just cause its personal..as well as they could get teased BIG time…

Most woman are sensitive about it, becasue to them, it is a privte and personal thing. Even though it may be Common knowledge that all woman have periods, it is still something that they (woman) usally like to keep to themselves.
