Mad as in angry? You may need anger management? You should see a counsellor. I don’t know how old you are, but if you are still at school then I suggest seeing the school counsellor.

If you’re angry mad then think about what your going to say before actually saying something. Think positive. If its the crazy mad then… Be a bit more random. The funny kind. Shape the madness into some dry humor.
