Why am I always pretty much tired?
I am always pretty tired, and yawning a lot. I always go to bed aroung ten and wake up at six, im very active except for weekends kind of. I play volleyball everyday after school for two hours and I take my dog on walks and all that stuff but I do get about 8 hours of sleep every nite so why am I always tired when I wake up and throughout the day?
well I used to have almost the axact problem I ended up having low iron. so if wanted to. you can get a blood test at the doctors. they will tell you if it’s something like that and you can just get some iron suppliment tablets at your local chemist hope this helps xx minalae
could be low iron, could be not enough quality sleep. Dont eat before bed and dont watch tv or do thiings that stimulate rite before bed. Get some melatonin from the drug store, its a natural supplement ( already in your body) and helps you get restorative deep sleep no prescription required and safe. read up on it. Also you may be dehydrated or, not to scare you, diabetic. But its probly something far less serious
go to bed earlier, not doing something stupid like my jerk brother does when I give him advice like going to bed at 9:55 isn’t exactly going to help!!! So I’d suggest (:30 at the latest! If that doesn’t work try asking your doctor becuase he/she is just a little more educated on this stuff than thousands of people who most likely don’t have a clue but are trying to help! :)!!!
