Here is my goal I want to loose 30lbs by June I weigh 165lbs. been exercising for a week and lost 3lbs I hope to stick to it... but I need motivation or else ill be driven to eat chips fries and just say screw it.. anyone else trying to loose weight for the summer in a healthy way? Let me know what you are doing I'm burning 600cal/hr 6-7x a week with cardio. Thanx!
yea for sure.. capriciouspuppet what kind of routine do you do? I barely lost 3lbs in a week lol which I think is pretty good... being that im still eating kind of sucky not really healthy at all times.
I would love to lose weight this summer as well. I have an exercise routine I do. Want to share them with each other? x3 I lost 13 lbs in 1 month with mine last summer.
