has anyone ever gargeled with peroxie to whiten their teeth and if you did did it work?
I read in a natural book of remedies, that peroxide is very good for whitening the teeth, and keeping down plaque and inflamation as well. My mother used it, from time to time, and when she died at the age of 86 she still had all of her teeth, and only one cavity. I have not been brave enough to try it, but, may, since I do not like commercial mouthwashes. I believe I would start with mostly water, and add some peroxide to it, then increase it a little at a time, until you get the amount that seems right. I would make sure to not swallow it, but, that is a given.
No, you should not gargle with peroxide as it is not made to be used orally. you should never use lemon juice either as it is too acidic for your teeth, very harmful to the enamel. Baking soda is fine, tastes nasty, but is fine and helps w/ whitening.
Not peroxide
If you're looking for a cheap way to whiten teeth, brush with baking soda before using your regular toothpaste.
It's not a quick method of whitening, but it does work if you keep at it.
no.. not with peroxie. but I have with lemon juice and brushed them with baking soda. I didnt do it long enough to see if it works though
