What is the best and healthiest way to whiten your teeth?
I use "Crest Whitestrips" every six months. It seems to keep my teeth pretty white and I also get compliments. Note: I don't smoke and always rinse my mouth out after coffee.
I think the safest way to do it would be getting it done at your dentist's office but it can get pretty expensive ($500-$700).

you can usually buy whitening kits from your dentist. that's what I do.
also...a lot of celebrities swish with hydrogen peroxide and then rinse. I hear it tastes really gross...but if you're desperate for something quick, then there you are :)
get those whitestripes they really work...after you use them continue brushin teeth twice a day or if you can after meals...at times when using those whitestries your teeth can get sensitve wheen eating or drinking anything...
I don't trust those teeth bleaching stuff... I'd still stick with brushing my teeth twice a day and avoiding stuff like coffee. Also teeth cleaning is pretty cheap at the dentist.. I like how they 'buff' my teeth :)
