When, how much , should I eat ?
How much you should eat? It depends on how athletic you are! I can calculate how many calories you should be eating to sustain your weight...you'd have to tell me how much you weigh, and how active you are for it to be accurate. I hear eating 5 small meals a day helps and keeps you fuller throughout the day instead of eating 3 big meals which sometimes make you hungry in two hours! I'm thinking since a man shouldn't eat less than 2,000 calories you should be eating about that much since you are nearly an adult..and I will tell you now that you don't need to lose weight! Remember that you should be exercising several times a week-a few of those exercises need to be moderate for at least twenty minutes without stopping.
eat when you are hungry! and if you're worried about weight, choose healthy things to eat and drink lots of water
