oh you mean test anxiety, I know what you mean I had that happen to me in law school...
My best advice, is to wake up in the morning the day of the exam, have something like coffee which is a stimulator, and something like chocolate that is an energy booster at least one hour prior to the test!
Do not under any circumstance open any books before the exam, try some music that will relax you til you get to your destination.
As you approach your class, close your eyes, take a few deep breathes and keep repeating this to yourself: "I know I am going to ace this test, nothing will stop me now!"
That is what worked for me...

Chocolate helps wen u have tests, all u have to do is rerelax, read over ur notes or watever u use to study, and before bed, eat a piece of chocolate, and eat another piece before the testt(: ya i kno it sounds ridiculous, but i do tht all the time before important testts(:
Wow, that is pretty general...can you be a bit more specific as to what seems to be the real problem? Just so I can offer better advice then just throwing something out there in general!
i get to a test and everything just drops out of my mind, i know that i know the answer but and i just cant think of it.
You do need take a break for a while, boy. Shut your PC, close your book and go fishing!
