Depends on what kind they are.
What is “urges” code for? If your ‘urges’ are addictions, then one of the many 12-step programs may help (drinking, gamblin’, Internet pron, etc.) If they are harmful (to self or others) then therapy is the way to go. If it is a ‘normal urge’ such as ‘self-stimulation’, then it is normal and only if it has bad consequences do you need to seek help (such as SAA - Sex Addicts Anonymous). Good Luck!!
