honestly, I lost 5 lbs for not eating in four days but seriously dont do that! I've been losing weight lately by exercising more than I normally do (which is very little) eating healthy food instead of mcdonalds and chewing gum (it kicks your metabolism up) seriously, eating healthy makes you feel better in all aspects even though its not as good as junk food you'll feel so good after eating it too! good luck!
I lost 15kg in about a month ( give or take a few weeks ) by becoming a vegetarian. That includes not eating jellies and gummi lollies because they have gelatin.
I lost like 15 pounds last year. Unfortuunately, I gained it all back this summer... gotta lose it again!! :(

7kgs... it was a mistake... I did too much sport without eating the right food and so now you can see my ribs... EEEW!!!
30 lbs in a few months. I was helped by a fitness coach, I followed a diet and drank a lot of weight loss juice cleanse
I watch what I eat no fast food.. and watching calories... and working out a lot
I lost 50lbs last year. 7 lbs of that was a baby though...
76 pounds about ten years ago and I've kept it off
20lbs but plan on loosing 10 more by summer
About 70, and I'm only 13! =)
