What should I do about my ex boyfriend?

I really need help, im sorry its so long but please take you time to read it.

I was with a boy for a year we spilt up because we kept arguing, we split up about 9 months ago scince thnw e havent really spoken but when we do its sexually :/ and we never see each other but I miss him, he has a new girldfriend but the other night we started talkin again and admittly we both ended up doiung stuff on cam to eacho ther I miss him even more now but he cant seem to have a proper convo with me other thn sexually, he sed him and his girlfriend arent working but his mate said they are im nto sur ehu to belive or if he is using me. he say s he misses when we were together I need help!!, I would LOVE to get back with him but truthly I dont think it will happen buti need him as a friend at least how we used to talk when we were together because he is the only person I can talk to about stuff, HELP ME PPLEASE how do I make him relise I need him there and I need to talk about stuff other thn sexual stuff

maybe try to talk to him about something less sexual. like, if he starts talking about it, change the subject. try that. if he continues with the sexual stuff, then it might mean he just wants tyou for sex. you gotta be careful. if it’s just for sex, then I suggest you move on. and only get together with him if he breaks up with his girlfriend. hope this helped! :)
