what/ im home alone, and im freaking scared as hell!?
yeah so im seventeen.. pretty pathetic that im scared huh? well its 9 oclock over here, and my dad is out.. im home alone.. and, I get scared easier than ANYBODY! if I hear a weird nose, I freak out and think its a ghost or someones watching me.. I have to turn on all the lights.. and I dont like turning all the lights on bc I cant see outside, but if someone was outside, they could see me.. I feel like im being watched..
its really creepy and I hate that im so scared about it.. its probably nothing. but, im creeped out, and I don’t know what to do..
any advice? thanks!
Sounds like you have autophobia, fear of being alone or left alone. Maybe you want to talk to your psychiatrist about it to be on the safe side about it :)

and, well im going to try and talk my dad into letting me get a dog.. he knows I get scared easy.. and maybe he’ll understand what im going through, and let me get a dog.. I just hate feeling like this.. I may need to go to therapy.. lol. I feel like im going crazy..
to hysterical: your totally right, I looked that up.. and im pretty sure I have autophobia. I’ve been like this ever since my mom and stepdad split up and me and my mom moved in with her sister.. I started getting scared easy.. its not that I feel unloved or anything. im just terribly scared a lot.. if it was daytime, I would totally be fine right now.. im just paranoid.. but thanks for the advice guys!
