Ok So I gt my tongue pierced yeSterday and it didnt hurt that much but today its hurting a lot I cant really talk and I cant really eat. how can I help the Swelling go down? any tipS to help it heal better? any advie would be good except if your guna Start with any bS im bearly 14 I know im young but don't Start with your lil commentS and no my mom doeS not know about it onli like 4 people know
When my daughter got her piercing done I ran out and bought her some freeze pops and some mouth wash. She lived on soft foods for a few days..mashed patatoes, pudding, soups, and anything else that she didn't have to chew!! But I'd have to say the most important thing now is getting the swelling to go down. So do the same thing that my daughter did..eat lots of freeze pops and if you can munch on some ice chips. The cold will help with the pain and it also helps with the swelling..~~good luck~~
Keep your mouth clean and eat foods with vitamin E
